Ophthalmology Team 2017
Here we go! MAHI International welcomes the return of the University of Utah's Moran Eye Center ophthalmology outreach team and their support staff. This week they are screening patients in the lagoon islands of Chuuk who will be candidates for surgery next week. In this picture, some team members have boarded local skiffs to get to their destination. MAHI International has been working with the Moran Eye Center since 2013 to provide ophthalmology services in the islands of Micronesia. These trips have served hundreds of people and have changed many lives. Thank you, Moran Eye Center!
