Meet Jeff
The team at MAHI International is pleased to welcome our newest member Jeff Georges to the island of Pohnpei. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Jeff grew up wanting to change the world around him. He is a recent graduate of Pacific Union College in Angwin, California, having received a degree in Spanish and Nursing.
In Micronesia, Jeff has joined the forces of the Education Team as an English instructor. He hopes to also contribute his training as a nurse in the State Hospital and in the communities to address the island's health concerns.
Jeff enjoys learning about new cultures and working with children. He lives by a quote from Master Shifu: "The past is history, the future is a mystery, but today is a gift. That's why they call it the present."
